Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

  1. Purpose

    • The gift voucher is valid exclusively for services provided in our restaurant and hotel. The voucher allows the recipient to pay for all or part of their on-site purchases.

  2. Conditions of Use

    • The gift voucher is for single-use only and cannot be split into multiple transactions. It is valid exclusively on-site and is limited to services offered by our establishment (restaurant and hotel).
    • No specific usage restrictions apply beyond the on-site use requirement and the validity period.

  3. Validity Period

    • The gift voucher is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. After this period, the voucher will expire and can no longer be redeemed.

  4. Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable

    • The gift voucher is neither refundable nor exchangeable, in whole or in part, for cash or other services.
    • The voucher cannot be replaced in case of loss or theft.

  5. Activation and Presentation

    • The gift voucher is activated at the time of purchase. To redeem the voucher, the recipient must present the voucher reference upon arrival at the restaurant or hotel.
    • The voucher reference can be shown in either paper or digital format, with no specific format requirement.

  6. Purchase Terms

    • No additional fees apply when purchasing a gift voucher.

  7. Liability

    • The establishment is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to the gift voucher after purchase. In such cases, the voucher cannot be replaced or refunded.

  8. Acceptance of Terms

    • Purchasing a gift voucher constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions by both the buyer and the recipient.
